BOLA Deli Enlivens The Event at SIAL Interfood 2023 Exhibition

As a subsidiary of FKS Group, FKS Food & Ingredients (FKS Food) participated in SIAL INTERFOOD 2023 with our brand, BOLA Deli. We aimed to offer a diverse array of experiences for food enthusiasts and business professionals, bringing excitement to those attending this event.

During the exhibition, BOLA Deli invited visitors to explore a variety of traditional dishes transformed into modern delights, including Kue Ku Bunga Telang, Es Selendang Mayang Pandan Cheese, Satay Onde-Onde, and more. Our cooking demo also featured various professional chefs such as Chef Yongki Gunawan, Chef Diana Cahya, Chef Devina, and Chef Aaron presenting varied menus through daily cooking demo sessions.
