Permata Food Indonesia (PFI) was established in 2017 with the focus to serve the needs of sugar flour or powdered sugar industry, and food ingredient’s packaging services. PFI is a subsidiary of FKS Food & Ingredients which is a business holding under FKS Group.

PFI commit to always producing the highest quality products in accordance with food safety standards. Our production processes are supported with high-tech machine and experts in its field that oversee the whole process. The main product is icing sugar which is the result of refined crystal sugar processed into a smoother form as in flour consistency through physical processes.

As part of our dedication to give full service to the customers, PFI also offer a food grade packaging services which can be customized based on customer needs. PFI use technology that allow us to accommodate various product packaging such as Tapioca Flour, Corn Flour, Rice and others, with various kind of plastic or cardboard packing.
