Internship Program at FKS Group

With the commitment to foster potential, FKS Group launched a new Internship Program focusing on fresh graduates who seek opportunities to learn and grow in the industry. It was first introduced during a job fair in March 2018 and successfully attracted more than 800 applicants from various universities and major for the first batch. Due to limited slot, all applicants were put through preliminary stages where they underwent series of interview with Human Resources department and the top 30 candidates got a chance to have interview session with each respective FKS Group Business Unit’s top management. Only 10 best applicants will be hired as intern.

During the 3 months internship period, the interns will get precious experiences of being assigned to the selected Business Unit operating in Indonesia and being mentored and monitored by top management.  The program ran from August to October 2018, and resulting 8 out of 10 interns joined as permanent employee in the company.

Through this program, FKS Group hope to find new young talents that can help growing the company and can also be groomed as future leaders.
