Leadership Training

FKS Group believed that trusting and investing in its employees would bring great benefits for the company. Thus, as part of its’ employee engagement and development program, FKS Group appointed Dale Carnegie, a corporate office trainings expert who have been working with big corporate groups around the world, to do Leadership Training for FKS Group’s star employees, used certified trainers to introduce the training module for the employees that will help them to fully understand on how to become a good leader who can nurture his/her team to develop their potentials in order to overcome problems and giving the best result.

The Leadership Training was held in Jakarta for 3 consecutive days with more than 50 FKS Group’s star employees whose performance in the company have been constantly improving and show passion in their career advancement. The participants were a combination of supervisor and manager level employees from head office and branch offices from all over Indonesia.
