Tamana Tallasa City, a New Hangout Place with an Open Space Concept

Tamana, a new product from FKS Land, was introduced to the Makassar’s lifestyle and culinary world as the new destination with unique and instagrammable design scenery. The first phase of Tamana was launched with a soft ceremony opening of Kabina Market, a 5,000 m2 food and beverage park facility with 15 specially curated tenant.

Boasting a comfortable environment for visitors to enjoy fresh air while trying various type of cuisines in the public room, Kabina Market offers a one-of-a-kind design where its construction is focusing on a wood-based sustainable technology where approximately 95% of the structures are prefabricated and assembled on site. This technology allows the installation to be environmentally friendly due to the use of energy and very little water, does not cause noise pollution, and produces minimal waste. Furthermore, the building structure does not adhere to the ground, allowing for the preservation of water catchment areas.

The launching of Tamana demonstrates FKS Land’s commitment to presenting new facilities on a regular basis to meet the needs of people seeking balance in their daily lives, careers, families, and lifestyles.
